独自技術によって開発されたオーガニックポリマーを手がける同社にて、化粧品、日用品向け事業の研究開発・製品改良を行っていただきます。
＜具体的な業務＞
・・微生物（酵母、乳酸菌、糸状菌など）を用いた発酵技術の研究・開発
・・酵素の探索・改変・評価（酵素改良、活性評価、安定性検討など）
・・バイオリアクターを用いたスケールアップ試験（2L～50Lスケール）
・・論文・特許調査、報告資料作成、社内外プレゼン対応
・・単糖類またはオリゴ糖から、微生物、菌類を用いて多糖類を合成する研究
・・開発・・多糖類を酵素を用いて分解し、単糖類
・・オリゴ糖を生成する研究・開発
