スパイスやハーブを中心に展開する同社のメイン商材である香辛料の調達としてご活躍いただける方を募集致します。
■業務内容：
香辛料の調達担当として下記の業務をお任せ致します。
川上から川下までの一連の流れを担当するため非常にやりがいのあるポジションです。
・担当香辛料の調達方針策定
・サプライヤーや商社との折衝、管理
・各種情報収集（新規産地模索、新規サプライヤー探索、作柄、相場、市況など）
・原料発注及び在庫管理、新規原料の採用に伴う業務
・入庫原料の品質確認、検品
・社内関連部門とのコミュニケーション、折衝（企画、開発、製造現場など）
・購入原料に関し、使用工場での選別条件設定 など
香辛料単位で担当制をとっており、おおよそ5種類前後を主に担っていただきます。
原料の産地は世界に広がっているため海外サプライヤーから直接仕入れることもございますので英語スキルが活かせるポジションとなっております。
