◆担当業務
・主要システム製品であるオペレーション訓練シミュレータ（OTS）のプロジェクトにシミュレーションエンジニアとして参加していただき、他のプロジェクトメンバと連携・協調しシミュレータエンジニアリング業務に携わっていただきます
・シミュレーションエンジニアの業務内容は、お客様との仕様打合せ、プロセスモデル製作、プラント制御システムのインテグレーション、操作監視用UIの作成、応用製品の検査・出荷など多岐にわたります
◆働き方
現状、毎週水曜日は原則出社ですが、
テレワークを使用した柔軟な働き方が可能です
※平均30％程度の出社率
※テレワーク手当有（電気代相当）

横河電機のプラント制御システムのノウハウと三井化学のプロセスシュミレーション技術を持ち寄り、プラント運転訓練シュミレータの開発・販売・保守をはじめ、プラント解析やオペレータの教育までを手掛ける会社です

海外向けが売上の半分を超え、技術が世界に広がっております

Required Skills
【必須要件】
・プロセスプラントの設計やエンジニアリングの経験あるいは知識
・プラント制御システムの設計・エンジニアリング経験・知識
・ソフトウェアプログラミング言語によるアプリケーション開発の実務経験あるいは知識
・TOEIC600点以上あるいは同等の英語力があり、英文報告書・レターの読解・作成ができ社内外のステークホルダとの円滑なコミュニケーションが可能な方
【歓迎要件】
・プロセスシミュレータを用いた実務経験
・海外または国内でのシステム設計のプロジェクトマネジメント経験
