■料飲部門として統括管理業務を担当いただきます。
・営業戦略提案と実践、販売促進の実践
・食品衛生基準
・各種規定の順守指導など、安全管理
・品質向上、オペレーション改善
・数値管理、売上管理
・スタッフの育成、教育指導
・総支配人、各セクションとの連携、調整、管理部門との連携
・その他、ホテル運営に付随する業務
※ホテル運営に関わる業務の範囲で変更の可能性あり

・宿泊・料飲などホテル各分野での専門知識や実務経験を持った方、宿泊部門での幅広い知識や経験がある方。
