海外事業拡大に伴い、入社後半年から2年を目途とした国内、海外研修を経て海外拠点のいずれかに赴任いただきます
※赴任地や赴任のタイミングについてはご経験や対象者の事情を考慮して応相談といたします
【海外生産技術者の職務内容】
１．生産ライン、付帯設備・・・・設備管理・導入、オペレーション指導、保全 等
２．工場マネージメントの補佐
（労務管理、品質 コスト管理、安全衛生、SCM業務、現地人材育成など）
【期待役割】
現地法人の生産全般の技術的な補完、マネージメントサポート

・生販業務や原価管理に関する知識
・電気に関する専門知識
・機械保全に関する実務経験
