フィリピン事業拡大に伴い、1年から3年を目途とした国内、海外研修を経てフィリピン拠点に赴任いただきます。
※状況により赴任地がフィリピンではなく、他のアジアの工場となる可能性がございます。
※赴任のタイミングについてはご経験や対象者の事情を考慮して応相談といたします。
【海外工場メンテマネージャーの職務内容】
・設備保全管理全般のマネジメント
・トラブル時の対応、是正案の立案、実行管理
【期待役割】
現地法人の設備保全全般ののマネージメント
＜補足事項＞
・赴任先は、日本国内工場の経験者（生産技術者）が駐在し、そのサポートを受けられる箇所を予定しています。

Required Skills
【必須項目】
・製造工場における設備保全に携わった経験
・フィリピンでの駐在経験
・製造工場のマネジメント経験2年以上
・英語力（TOEIC600点目安）
・理系卒、大卒以上 （高専可）
【歓迎要件】
・国内外における食品工場でのマネジメント経験
・品質管理や製造工程管理に関する知識
・生販業務や原価管理に関する知識
【語学や駐在の歓迎要件】
・タガログ語
