代理店と強固な関係を築き、パートナーとして共にTikTok LIVEの成長を目指す。
・市場調査、競合調査に基づいたエージェンシー戦略の立案。
新たなクリエイターエージェンシーやタレントマネジメント会社を発掘し、パートナーシップを確立します。
・ 代理店やタレントマネージメント会社へのレポーティングを含むライブストリーミング活動のサポート。
・代理店やタレントマネジメント会社向けのマニュアルやコミュニティガイドラインの作成。
・代理店やタレントマネジメント会社向けのワークショップの実施。
・目標やKPIの管理、データ分析。
・その他関連施策の企画・実行
