あらゆる産業を牽引する、精密部品メーカーのタイ王国事業拠点での事業企画をお任せいたします。
※1か月間の国内での研修後、タイへの出向を想定しております※
■具体的な業務内容

・日本経営陣との連携を強化し、経営戦略の策定・実行をサポート。
子会社の経営陣に対するマネジメントを行い、業績改善と効率化を推進。
・ 事業計画の策定および実行
本社の中期経営計画に基づき、海外事業の成長戦略を策定し、現地法人と調整を行いながら実行を監督する。
各国市場や規制の変化に対応し、柔軟かつ効果的な事業計画を立案。
・ 収益管理および予算計画
子会社の収益性を把握し、予算計画を立て、コスト削減および売上向上を目指したアクションプランを策定・実行する。
・ リスク管理および法令遵守
各国の法規制やコンプライアンスに対応し、リスク管理体制を強化する。
海外事業におけるリスクを評価し、適切な対策を講じる。

Required Skills
必須条件
・海外事業の管理経験
・TOEIC 600点程度
・社内、社外とのコミュニケーション力、折衝力がある方
・Excel使用経験（SUMIF/VLOOKUPなどの基礎的な関数が使える方）
・パワーポイント等でのプレゼンテーション資料作成経験
＜歓迎条件＞
・30歳代～50歳以下の実務経験者
・経理業務経験をお持ちの方（5年以上）
・海外での就労経験をお持ちの方
・英語またはタイ語日常会話レベル以上
