1.需要充足： 顧客とのすべての需要充足活動をエンドツーエンドで管理する。
2.エスカレーション対応： 顧客の最初の窓口として対応し、エスカレーションを管理する。
3.受注管理： 注文処理を監督し、正確性を確保する。
4.需給分析： 供給と需要のギャップに対応するための分析を実施する。

課題の積極的解決： 社内パートナーと連携し、サプライチェーンの課題を解決する。
6.物流連携： 各チームとの調整を通じて、効果的な物流管理を確保する。
