・主として事業的視点からのパイプライン戦略の企画－立案
・開発進捗にあわせての協業先との関係構築、折衝、マネージメントおよび契約業務
・特許戦略
・会社運営業務（経費計画ー執行管理、取締役会等の運営、社内規定の制定など）
■プロマネ業務
・開発中パイプラインに関わる外部委託先などとの窓口、プロジェクト推進
・協業プロジェクトの推進・会議等のファシリテーション

・共同研究、共同開発、ライセンス契約などを主たる担当者として相手方との交渉や社内調整を経て締結した経験が複数回あること
・英語によるコミュニケーションが可能であること（目安TOEIC 800点以上程度）
