●製品の導入から発売、バージョンアップ、サポート終了までの一連のライフサイクルを技術面でサポートし、日本のマーケットに合ったサービス戦略を立案展開するテクニカルプロダクトマネージャ。
●Globalとの技術的コミュニケーションの窓口として、製品の技術的課題について協議し改善に導く役割を担い、国内における担当製品のエキスパートとしてプロ本部のエンジニアと連携してフィールドのサポートを行う。
●Pre Launchにおいては最初にGlobal Trainingを受講し、機器の特性を理解してサービス戦略を立案し、保守プランのデザインをする。
●Post Launchにおいては主にMTBRV（Mean Time Between Repair Visit: 平均修理訪問間隔）やサービスコストなどのKPIのモニタリングと改善施策の策定・展開を担う。」
