同社の手掛ける細胞と投与デバイスのコンビネーション製品である再生医療等製品の上市に向けた生産 ・物流管理の立ち上げと、上市後の生産・物流管理を人材のマネジメントも行いながらリードいただきたいと考えております。

【必須要件】
・日本で製造する医薬品・医療機器・再生医療等製品等の生産管理のご経験
※需要予測、生産計画、原価計算、在庫管理、品質管理、関係会社・社内との連携
・複雑なプロジェクトのマネジメント能力
・論理的なコミュニケーション能力
・GMP/GCTP（製造）、GQP（品質）の知識・運用経験
・リードタイムと在庫、支払・売上回収サイクル・CF 適正化の最適化、製造原価コントロールなどの財務・数値的素養
【歓迎要件】
・ピープルマネジメント経験
・委託先との交渉経験
・新規生産体制を自らの手で構築されたご経験
