日本の臨床研究、日本や欧米主導のグローバル試験について
プロジェクトの進捗、品質、予算等を総合的にオーバーサイトしPMやプロジェクトチームを指導するディレクター
■職務詳細
・顧客重視のリーダーシップを持ち、Phase１からPhase４まで複数の臨床研究試験を管理する。
・グローバルチームと連携し、日本やアジアプロジェクトチームおよび他部門との協業，調整，進捗管理を行う。
・プロジェクトのリソースを調整し、契約や予算を遵守するよう管理する。必要に応じてChange Orderを顧客へ提案し、締結するよう調整する。
・顧客、グローバルチームやベンダーの要望を考慮し、目標達成するようアクションおよびタイムラインを計画し、管理する。
・BidとProposalなど事業開発活動をサポートする。
・リスクマネジメントベースで、複数のサイト/国で指摘されている潜在的な傾向に関する最新情報を提供し、上級管理者および顧客とともに防止策について議論する。
・PMのラインマネジメントを行い、PMをサポートし指導する

Required Skills
