・メンバーマネジメント
・企画職、製造職の人材育成
・バイオテクノロジーを基盤とする医薬品（注射剤）製造工程に関する製造管理
・工程改善や品質管理システム（変更管理、逸脱、CAPA等）への対応による製造支援業務
・研究部門から生産工場への技術移管及び設備、プロセスに係るバリデーション統括業務
・国内外当局による査察対応及び薬事申請対応業務 など

Required Skills
＜必要な業務スキル、経験＞
・メンバーマネジメントの経験【必須要件】
・医薬品の生産技術、CMC、製造技術、製造管理経験または、医薬品の製造現場にて工程改善技術移管、バリデーション業務などの経験２年以上（製造設備の運転管理、工程分析、各種記録の作成、文書作成）【必須要件】
・以下いずれかに当てはまる方【必須要件】
（１）たんぱく質を主成分とする医薬品（注射剤）の製造工程に関し、専門的知識を有している方（大学卒業以上）
（２）（１）に該当せずとも、他分野を含めた製造技術職に従事しており、今後GMP下でのバイオ医薬品（注射剤）製造を実践してみたいという意欲のある方
