法務部内課相当組織が所管する事業の戦略的プロジェクトを含む契約案件、係争案件及びその他の各種法務案件について、法的リスクの探索、分析、検討に基づく適法かつ適切な対応方針の策定及びその実行
戦略的プロジェクト案件の実施スキームに対する法的観点からの検討及び助言並びに当該スキームに沿った契約の立案、作成、審査（交渉支援を含む）
通常取引案件の契約の作成、審査（交渉支援を含む）
事業活動に関わるトラブル、紛争、訴訟、仲裁等に関する業務の統轄及び該当部署への支援
