■業務内容
【財務系】単体経理、親会社への連結報告、債権の管理、予実管理、業績評価、人件費コントロール、キャッシュフロー管理
【人事系】組織改善、要員計画、人事異動対応、人事評価、給与テーブル更新
【総務系】社内規定、決定事項通達、資産管理、庶務
【その他】現地法人の管理部門に関わる業務全般
