Job Description
財務報告マネージャーとして、US GAAP・J GAAP・J STATに基づく報告業務をリードいただきます。日本法人のコントローラーチームと連携し、正確かつ迅速な決算を支える重要な役割です。

職務内容
- 日本法人の財務報告業務（US GAAP、J GAAP、J STAT）を担当
- 本社のコントローラーチームとの連携・調整
- 四半期ごとのUS GAAP報告パッケージ作成（会計メモ、差異分析など）
- 非保険会社の単体J GAAP財務・税務申告
- ホールディング会社の連結J STAT財務・税務申告
- FP&A、財務、税務、再保険、アクチュアリーなど他部門との協業
- 財務関連の各種プロジェクト推進・支援

- チームプレイヤーであり、多文化環境への適応力がある方
- 海外ステークホルダーとの連携に前向きな方
