We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Business Process Analyst to join our client's team in Japan. This critical role involves close collaboration with global IT experts to implement, maintain, and expand company-wide application standards within the Japanese market. The primary focus is on driving business efficiency by analyzing core user operations and translating complex needs into effective IT solutions.

Key Objectives:

• Implement, maintain, and extend global IT application standards within the Japanese business unit.

• Improve business applications and significantly increase the efficiency of user operations across the organization.

Core Responsibilities:

• ERP Project Leadership: Play a key business process analyst role in upcoming ERP projects (e.g., potential SAP S/4HANA initiatives).

• Process Analysis & Improvement: Conduct deep-dive analysis into core user business operations to identify pain points and propose and implement robust IT solutions.

• Global Collaboration: Partner with the global Production Support team to maintain and enhance the existing global ERP to ensure smooth business continuity in Japan.

• Translation & Communication: Serve as the crucial link by accurately translating business language into system language and vice versa.

• Project Management: Ensure clear communication and use an Agile approach to prioritize tasks and manage expectations for system changes and operational impacts (e.g., e-commerce, B2B portal integrations).

• Compliance: Support process controlling activities to adhere to audit criteria.

Candidates must meet the following non-negotiable requirements to be considered for this position:

Required Technical and Project Experience:

• ERP Implementation:5+ years of experience in an ERP implementation project, including participation in a Global template implementation.

• Mandatory SAP Skill:SAP ECC or R/3 experience is mandatory. (SAP S/4HANA experience is a plus, not a requirement).

• Functional Expertise:Proven SAP Implementation experience in the Logistics area (SD/MM/PP).

• Business Process: Extensive working experience in the OTC (Order To Cash) process.

• Upstream Skills: Proven experience in upstream ERP processes, including business requirement definition, Fit & Gap analysis, customization, and add-on basic design.

• Project Experience: Proven working experience leading or substantially contributing to a middle-sized business application project.

Required Education and Language:

• Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

• Japanese:Native Level or Advance Business Level.

• Global Communication:English: Advance business level for conducting conferences, presentations, and negotiations with global stakeholders.
