• 契約書、利用規約、取引スキーム等の起案・レビュー・交渉
• 消費者保護法、データプライバシー、決済サービス、IT関連法規などに関するコンプライアンス対応
• 取締役会・株主総会の法務サポート
• クロスボーダー取引や海外事業拡大における法務支援
• 生成AIやLLM、自動化ツールを活用した法務ワークフローの改善
  

Join a leading Japanese technology company as a Legal Counsel specializing in governance and digital innovation. You will advise on legal, compliance, and governance matters while driving AI and automation-led transformation in a fast-growing tech group with ambitious global expansion plans.

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, terms of use, and transaction structures for group products and services
• Provide legal advice on consumer protection, data privacy, payment services, and IT-related laws and regulations
• Offer legal support for board of directors' and shareholder meetings
• Support cross-border transactions and assist with overseas business expansion
• Improve legal workflows using generative AI, LLMs, and automation tools

必須条件 経験・資格：

• 日本法弁護士資格
• 企業法務の実務経験5年以上
• 企業法務・商取引法・規制関連法に精通している方
• 成長企業や複雑な事業の法務サポート経験

• 多様なチームと連携し、協働できること
• 正確性・スピード・判断力をバランス良く備えている方
• 変化の速い環境に柔軟に対応し、自ら手を動かせる方
• 新技術や革新的な取り組みを積極的に受け入れられる方

• 日本語：流暢
• 英語：ビジネスレベル

• IT、Eコマース、プラットフォーム業界での経験
• M&A、投資、新規事業立ち上げに関する法務経験
• 日本の弁護士資格に加え、米国・英国など海外法資格をお持ちの方

• Licensed attorney in Japan with 5+ years of corporate legal experience
• Strong understanding of corporate, commercial, and regulatory law
• Experience supporting complex or high-growth business operations

• Strong communication and collaboration skills across diverse teams
• Ability to balance accuracy, speed, and sound judgment in legal work
• Proactive and hands-on, adaptable to fast-paced environments
• Openness to adopting new technologies and innovative practices

• Japanese: Fluent
• English: Intermediate to Business level

• Experience in IT, e-commerce, or platform industries
• Background in M&A, investments, or new business launches
• Additional legal qualifications from the US, UK, or other jurisdictions
