このポジションは、日本本社からの依頼に基づき、カスタマイズ部品や原材料の調達業務および物流業務を担当していただきます。サプライヤーとの交渉、納期管理、品質対応、在庫管理など、幅広い業務を通じて日米間のサプライチェーンを支える重要な役割です。
職務内容
購買業務
サプライヤーとの価格・納期交渉
発注書の作成・管理
日本本社との連携による調達計画の遂行
サプライヤー評価・改善提案
不適合品対応（日本本社の品質管理システムを使用）
新規バイヤーの教育支援
出張によるサプライヤーとの直接交渉（必要に応じて）
物流業務
出荷スケジュールの調整（空輸・海上輸送）
フォワーダーとの連携による輸送手配
書類（納品書、証明書等）の確認・管理
請求書作成のワークフロー構築
在庫調整・物流コストの情報収集
資材・在庫管理
支給品の管理・供給
月次・年次の在庫報告
返品・廃棄処理の記録管理
サプライヤー施設での在庫確認手順の構築
事務・庶務業務
技術文書・図面の管理（専用システム使用）
出荷関連書類の確認・提出
社内文書のファイリング・保管
応募資格
4年制大学卒（学士）または同等の経験
業務経験・資格は不問
Windows OS、MS Officeの基本操作が可能な方
出張要件
ローカル出張あり
国内・海外出張あり（日本との連携業務に伴う）
勤務地 カリフォルニア州トーランス
勤務形態 オンサイト勤務(毎日の出勤が必要)
