最先端のストレージ技術開発に取り組むR&Dチームの一員として、ハードディスクドライブ（HDD）関連のプロジェクトを推進していただきます。面記録密度技術の実装・統合において中心的な役割を担い、グローバルな技術開発をリードするポジションです。
職務内容
面記録密度技術の実装・統合
日本のR&Dチームとの連携による新しいヘッド／メディア／読み書き技術の統合
製造部門および部品サプライヤー（ヘッド、メディア、Read Channel）との技術調整
故障解析、試作、評価、プロセス改善の主導
技術的リスクの特定とリスク軽減戦略の策定・実行
プロトタイプの構築と性能評価（面記録密度、熱安定性、信頼性、寿命など）
部門横断的な協業およびサプライヤーとの連携
応募資格
工学系学士号（修士号または博士号が望ましい）
HDD技術に関する15年以上の実務経験
面記録密度関連の製造プロセスに関する深い理解
新しいヘッド／メディア／読み書き技術の統合経験
優れたコミュニケーション能力
チームでの協働に慣れていること
給与 USD184,000-250,000
勤務地 カリフォルニア州サンノゼ（ハイブリット勤務）
