Job Description
大手メーカーの海外拠点にて、Managing Director を募集
職務内容：
戦略的リーダーシップと事業開発
グローバル戦略に沿った中東地域の事業戦略を策定・実行。
市場での競争力とブランド価値の向上を図りながら、事業拡大につながる成長機会を積極的に探索する。
地域の消費者ニーズに合わせた新製品の導入を推進。
営業および流通管理
地域の営業活動を統括し、売上目標の達成を確保。
ディストリビューターやディーラーとの強固な関係を構築・維持し、ブランド基準との整合性を確保。
流通契約やディーラー契約の交渉・管理。
業務運営のマネジメント
ドバイオフィスの日常業務を管理し、営業、マーケティング、財務、カスタマーサービスなど各部門の効率化を図る。
KPIを監視し、必要に応じて業績改善策を実施。
チームのリーダーシップと育成
チームを率い、企業文化を醸成。
人材育成ニーズを把握し、研修や能力開発を支援。
財務管理
地域予算の策定・管理を行い、コスト管理と収益性を確保。
本社への定期的な財務報告を行い、必要に応じて是正措置を提案。
市場情報とブランド戦略
中東地域の市場動向、競合状況、消費者行動を常に把握。
マーケティングチームと連携し、ブランドの認知度向上と地域キャンペーンの実施。
必要なスキルと経験：
メーカーでの就労経験 ※家電業界でのご経験歓迎※
海外拠点でのManaging Director もしくは営業統括のご経験
中東エリアでの就労経験もしくは中東エリア統括のご経験
１５年以上のマネジメント経験
ビジネスレベルの日本語力、英語力
ビザ：ビザサポートあり
