- ServiceNowを中心としたSaaS導入支援・コンサルティング業務
- SalesforceやSAPなど他SaaS製品との連携・統合
- 顧客との折衝を通じた課題整理・提案・導入支援
- グローバルチームとの協業によるプロジェクト推進
- ユーザー目線でのソリューション設計・実装
