JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managing on-site service operations
- Planning and executing service assignments
- Troubleshooting and documenting technical issues
- Preparing detailed service reports
- Providing technical advice and recommending solutions
- Conducting risk assessments
- Training team members
- Handling claims and deviations
Performing general administrative duties
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Higher Nitec, Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronic Engineering
- Marine-related experience (e.g., vessel crew or marine equipment supplier)
- Experience in the marine sector preferred, but candidates from other industries with an interest in the marine sector are welcome
- Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing equipment faults
- Willingness to travel, including overseas assignments
- Ability to work long hours and weekends as needed
- Capability to perform physically demanding tasks
- Strong documentation and reporting skills
Valid driving license required
