Job Description
COMPANY OVERVIEW

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Drive IP strategy and embed innovation into workflows
Define and execute R&D roadmap aligned with business goals
Lead cross-functional innovation across engineering and design
Architect scalable tech platforms and guide software development
Build and mentor a high-performing, innovative R&D team
Translate PoCs into production-ready, compliant products
Manage vendors, partnerships, and technical integrations
Oversee agile R&D execution, metrics, and roadmap governance
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Engineering or related field
Min 5 years in R&D or engineering leadership (robotics/computer vision a plus)
Familiar with patent filing, vendor management, and compliance standards
Experience scaling R&D prototypes to production
Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills
Entrepreneurial mindset and adaptability in fast-paced environments
