JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
We are seeking a hands-on and detail-oriented Assembly Technician to join our dynamic manufacturing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, process-driven environment and is passionate about quality, precision, and continuous improvement.
Perform mechanical, electrical, and optical assembly and testing.
Operate and maintain vacuum systems.
Conduct bulk and intricate cleaning of parts and assemblies.
Handle packing and documentation of products.
Maintain accurate electronic records and process data.
Collaborate with leadership to optimize processing times.
Train fellow employees in accordance with company standards.
Uphold high standards of safety, quality, and cleanliness.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and new product introductions.
Be adaptable and willing to rotate across departments as needed.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
GCE ‘N’ Level or Technical Certificate and above.
Prior experience in a manufacturing or process-driven environment.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Competent in data entry using spreadsheets or process control systems.
Comfortable using test equipment and eager to learn new tools.
A proactive mindset with a drive for efficiency and improvement.
A team player who communicates effectively and works well in cross-functional teams.
