-소매업에서 자사 EC 또는 EC몰 운영에 있어 매니저급 경력(5년 이상)
-디지털 마케팅(SEO, SEM, SNS 광고 등) 관련 실무 및 지식 보유
-외부 파트너사와의 조정 경험
-Google Analytics 또는 액세스 분석 툴 활용 분석 능력
-Excel 활용 능력 (VLOOKUP / SUM / IF 등)
-비즈니스 레벨의 영어 또는 일본어 커뮤니케이션 능력
-팀 매니지먼트 경험
