会社概要：タイ北部のランプーンに拠点を置き、アルミダイカスト技術を強みとしている、自動車・二輪車向け精密部品メーカー。
仕事内容：工程設計エンジニアとして実務にも携わりながら、タイ人マネージャー（簡単な日本語可能）と協同していただきながら、5名のローカル社員の教育をお任せします。
【具体的には】
・自動車部品製造の工程設計、治具設計（エンジン部品がメイン）
・量産問題の解決、新規部品の立ち上げ
・5名のタイ人ローカル社員の教育
工場内工程：生産技術（アルミ鋳造、冷間鍛造、CNC、熱処理加工、部品組立）

・工程設計経験
・CAD/CATIA経験
