A fast-growing tech company with global ambitions is seeking a Technical Lead
Job Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a cross-functional team (Frontend, Backend, QA, DevOps).
- Architect and maintain microservices using RESTful APIs or GraphQL.
- Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment.
- Write and review high-quality code using ReactJS (frontend) and NodeJS/Express/NestJS (backend).
Job Requirements
- 8+ years of software development experience, min 2+ years in a leadership role.
- Strong proficiency in ReactJS, and NodeJS.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and tools like Jira, Confluence, GitLab/GitHub
- Hands-on experience with microservices and distributed systems.
- Solid understanding of API design, authentication, and data modeling.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or similar containerization tools.
- Excellent English communication skills
