- 新卒採用全体の設計・管理・戦略の立案・実行
- 新卒採用における採用実務の実行
- 社内関係者との調整（各部署との連携）
- 学生との面接/面談対応
- 母集団形成における記事・動画・WEB施策の企画立案・実行
- 採用イベント・媒体活用・説明会実施
- インターンシップや選考会の設計・運営
- エージェント開拓・深耕
- 内定承諾率向上に向けたアトラクト設計
- オンボーディング・育成ロードマップの設計・アップデート
- 人事制度の設計・アップデート
【年俸】
600万円～800万円
