Join a leading global IT services and consulting organization as a Delivery Manager for the insurance industry. You will oversee the successful delivery of complex IT initiatives, ensuring projects meet timing, budget, and quality goals. This is a high-impact role where you will foster strong stakeholder relationships, coordinate global teams, and drive digital transformation in a fast-growing sector.

• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of complex IT initiatives, maintaining scope, timeline, and quality standards
• Act as the primary contact for stakeholders, building trusted partnerships and aligning outcomes with business objectives
• Coordinate local and international teams to manage resources, mitigate risks, and achieve key milestones
• Champion best practices, promoting continuous improvement in delivery methodologies
• Provide leadership and mentorship to project managers and technical specialists
• Ensure all project activities comply with regulations and company standards

必須条件経験・資格：

• ITプロジェクト/プログラムマネジメント経験15年以上、及びその実績
• ソフトウェア開発ライフサイクルの知識、Agile・DevOpsの実務経験
• 複数の優先課題を同時に管理し、多様なチームと円滑に調整できること
• 国際的な多文化環境でプロジェクトを遂行できること

• クライアントリレーション（長期的な信頼関係を確立し、期待値を的確に管理できること）
• リーダーシップ、メンタリング
• クロスカルチャー対応

• 日本語：流暢
  英語：ビジネスレベル以上（読み書き会話）
  

• PMP、Scrum Masterなどのプロジェクトマネジメント資格
  AgileデリバリーやDevOpsに関する認定・経験

• 15+ years in IT project and program management with a strong record of successful delivery
• Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle, including Agile and DevOps practices
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and engage with diverse teams
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills in Japanese (Fluent) and English (Business level)
• Comfortable working in an international, cross-cultural environment

• Client relationship building and long-term stakeholder trust
• Leadership and mentorship of project managers and technical teams
• Cross-cultural collaboration with both offshore and onsite teams

• Japanese: Fluent
• English: Intermediate/Business level

• Professional certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent
