• Backlogなどのチケット管理ツールを用いてタスクの作成・割り当てを実施
  
• 開発者の成果物をレビューし、仕様通りの品質と機能性を確保
  
• クロスブラウザテストを実施し、多様な環境での動作を保証
  
• プロジェクトの進捗状況を関係者に分かりやすく報告・共有

Join a multinational B2B human services company as a bilingual IT Project Manager. You will partner with business teams to gather requirements, define precise specifications, and ensure seamless project delivery. This is an opportunity to work on impactful technology projects and collaborate with both technical and business stakeholders in a dynamic, international environment.

• Partner with business teams to identify and document requirements
• Prepare detailed specifications for developers and stakeholders
• Create and assign tickets in a ticketing system (Backlog preferred)
• Review developers' work and ensure alignment with specifications
• Conduct cross-browser checks to guarantee optimal functionality
• Communicate project updates effectively with all stakeholders

必須条件経験・資格：

• ITアプリケーションプロジェクトのマネジメント経験
• 技術仕様書の作成経験
• Backlogなどのチケット管理システム使用経験
• Web開発の実務経験
• MVCまたはMTVフレームワークの知識

• コミュニケ―ション能力
• 問題解決力
• ステークホルダー調整力
  

• 日本語：流暢
• 英語：ビジネスレベル

• ベンダーマネジメント経験
• 多文化チームでの業務経験

• 3+ years managing IT application projects
• Strong ability to prepare clear technical specifications
• Familiarity with ticketing systems (Backlog preferred)
• Some hands-on experience as a web developer
• Knowledge of MVC or MTV frameworks

• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management abilities
• Excellent communication skills in both Japanese and English

• Japanese: Fluent
• English: Intermediate/Business

• Experience with vendor management
• Proven ability to work across multicultural teams
