Join a global leader in medical imaging and life sciences as an HR Manager and oversee the full spectrum of HR operations in Japan. This role covers payroll, compensation and benefits, hiring, performance management, employee relations, and learning & development. You will work closely with both local and global teams to ensure HR programs and policies align with corporate goals and comply with Japan's labor laws.

必須条件 経験・資格:
Minimum of 5 years' progressive HR generalist experience in Japan, preferably in a multinational organization with a compensation & benefits background.
Good knowledge of Japan labor laws; advanced IT skills including Excel and HRIS (SuccessFactors preferred).
Well-organized, flexible, and adaptable with the ability to manage multiple projects across diverse regions, balancing conflicting priorities and tight deadlines.
