• スケーラブルかつ高信頼・高性能なJavaアプリケーションの設計・開発・運用：サービスの拡張性や可用性を意識したアーキテクチャ設計と継続的な改善に取り組みます。
• CI/CDパイプラインの構築・最適化：継続的インテグレーション／デリバリーを推進するためのパイプラインの開発・運用・最適化を行い、開発スピードと品質を両立させます。
• アプリケーションのパフォーマンスと可用性の監視・改善：監視・ロギングツールを活用してシステムの状態を可視化し、問題発生時には迅速に原因を特定・解決します。
• 開発チームとの協働による最適なソフトウェア設計の推進：ビジネス要件を理解したうえで、開発チームと連携し、信頼性・拡張性に優れた設計を実現します。
• セキュリティ・コンプライアンス対応の支援とベストプラクティス導入：インフラ・アプリケーションの両面からセキュリティやコンプライアンス要件への対応を支援し、標準化や運用改善に寄与します。
  

Join a global IT leader as a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) and work on scalable, reliable, high-performance Java applications. You will design and optimize CI/CD pipelines, ensure application performance and availability, and drive security compliance while collaborating with passionate engineers in a multinational environment.

• Design, implement, and manage scalable, reliable, high-performance Java applications
• Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines to support continuous integration and delivery
• Monitor application performance and availability, proactively identify issues, and provide solutions
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure software is optimally designed to meet business needs
• Support security compliance and ensure implementation of best practices

必須条件経験・資格：

• Javaアプリケーション開発経験5年以上
• RESTful APIの知識
• SREまたはDevOpsとしての実務経験
• SDLC全般（コードレビュー、ソースコード管理、テスト、ビルドプロセス）の専門知識
• 高性能・高可用性のコード設計経験

• Jenkinsなどの自動化ツールの使用経験
• Docker / Kubernetesなどのコンテナ技術の経験

• 5+ years' experience working with Java applications
• Knowledge of RESTful API design and implementation
• Professional experience in an SRE/DevOps role
• Strong knowledge of the full SDLC, including code review, source code management, testing, and build processes
• Experience designing high-performance, high-availability code

• Leadership and senior-level skills, able to proactively take action and provide effective solutions

• Japanese: Basic level
• English: Intermediate to Business level

• Experience with automation tools such as Jenkins
• Experience with containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience deploying and managing CI/CD tools
