• クライアントのニーズに応じた保険補償内容やポリシー条件の設計・改善を主導し、持続可能な利益確保を実現すること
• 各種リスク評価を行い、適切なコントロール策を適用して健全な意思決定をサポートすること
• アンダーライティング・ガイドラインの遵守（文書管理、クレーム分析、品質チェックなど）
• クライアントとの打ち合わせ・交渉への出席（提案内容の説明など）
• 社内システムへのデータ入力・管理
• 営業サポートとして代理店・ブローカー・顧客との会議に参加し、フィードバックの収集や期待値の調整に努めること
• 新サービスやソリューションの提案など、新たなビジネスニーズや成長機会の創出に貢献すること
  

Join a leading global insurer as a Marine Insurance Underwriter, managing end-to-end underwriting, risk assessment, and delivering market-facing marine insurance solutions. You will play a key role in developing tailored coverage, ensuring risk control, and supporting business development across Japan and international markets.

• Develop and refine insurance coverage structures and policy terms to meet client demands while ensuring sustainable profit margins
• Evaluate risks in detail and apply appropriate control measures for sound decision-making
• Maintain full compliance with underwriting guidelines through thorough documentation, claims analysis, and consistent quality checks
• Represent offerings in client discussions and negotiations to support business development
• Enter and manage data in internal systems, ensuring accurate checks and registrations for day-to-day operations
• Collaborate closely with sales teams and attend meetings with agencies, brokers, and clients to gather insights and ensure smooth cross-cultural communication
• Contribute innovative ideas for new services and creative solutions to address emerging market opportunities

必須条件経験・資格

• 損害保険会社におけるアンダーライティング、商品開発、営業、または損害調査経験
• クライアントや代理店・ブローカーとの折衝・調整経験
• 保険に関する基本的な知識（保険契約、補償内容、クレーム対応の基礎など）

• 正確かつ丁寧な事務処理能力（文書管理、社内システムへの入力など）
• 社内外関係者と円滑に連携できるコミュニケーションスキル

• 日本語：流暢
• 英語：ビジネスレベル以上（読み書き会話）

• 海上保険の経験や、商社・船会社などでの関連実務経験があれば尚可
• 顧客課題に応じたソリューション提案の経験、またはコンサルティブな営業経験

• Insurance experience in a non-life insurer, with a background in underwriting, product development, sales, or claims
• Business-level English proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking

• Excellent communication skills and a detail-oriented approach

• Japanese: Fluent
• English: Intermediate to Business level
