Job Description
大手外資系飲食チェーンにてビジネスコントローラーの募集です。各本部の新規予算申請や予算管理のサポート、さまざまな仮説をベースにした財務シミュレーション作成などを行っていただきます。財務、もしくは経営・事業企画における経験をお持ちの方にご活躍いただけます。在宅勤務が可能です。

職務内容:
- 各本部の新規予算申請や予算管理をサポート
- 当社の財務状況と戦略を正しく把握し、財務の立場で申請内容の妥当性をレビューし、必要な財務シミュレーションと投資対効果を評価
- 前例のない課題に対して、さまざまな仮説をベースにした財務シミュレーションの作成
- 適切な財務情報の提供とコミュニケーションにより、ステークホルダーへ財務に対する理解を向上
- 当社の方向性や戦略の変更に伴い、承認プロセスや投資判断基準・KPIを見直し、最善の判断が出来るように改善を続行
応募要件:
- 大卒
- 財務、もしくは経営・事業企画における実務経験5年以上
- 財務シミュレーションを作成し、費用の妥当性の検証や投資対効果の評価を行った業務経験・スキル
- 事業会社で財務もしくは部門の立場として、予算管理運用の改善業務に携わった経験・スキル
- 事業会社において年次予算の作成および期中の予実分析、プロジェクション作成に携わった経験・スキル
- 流暢なレベルの日本語力（JLPTN1相当）
- ビジネスレベルの英語力尚可
