DIY向け接着剤のリテール事業を日本で立ち上げ、ホームセンターを中心とした販路開拓を担当します。戦略策定から営業活動、チーム構築まで幅広くリードするポジションです。

職務内容
- ホームセンターを中心とした新規顧客開拓と販路構築
- リテール事業の戦略策定と市場浸透施策の実行
- グローバルのリテールチームとの方針決めミーティングの実施
- 日本のリテールマーケティングチームとの協業
- 製品ポートフォリオの管理と競合分析
- エンドユーザー向けマーケティングプログラムの企画・導入
- チームメンバーの採用・育成と組織構築
