職務内容
- HRシステム（基幹HRシステム、クラウド型HRプラットフォーム等）の日常的な運用・保守・管理
- システム関連の問い合わせ対応と課題解決
- グローバル/ローカルにおけるHRシステムの導入・アップグレードプロジェクトへの参画
- HRプロセスの分析と、システムを活用した業務効率化・自動化の推進
条件・待遇
- 人事部門での業務経験、特にHRIS (Human Resources Information System) の運用・管理経験
- SAP SuccessFactors または同等のクラウド型HRプラットフォームに関する実務経験
- 業務プロセス改善への強い意欲と分析力
- 優れたコミュニケーション能力とチーム協働への積極性
- ビジネスレベルの日本語および英語能力
