Join a top-tier global investment bank as an IT Audit professional (AVP-VP level) and play a key role in assessing and strengthening the firm's control environment. You will lead and execute IT audits and continuous monitoring activities, identify key risks, and work closely with stakeholders to ensure regulatory and operational excellence in a fast-paced, international setting.

• Lead and execute assurance activities such as IT audits and continuous monitoring to evaluate the control environment.
• Identify and assess key risks, prioritising areas requiring focused attention.
• Engage with stakeholders to clearly discuss risks and control effectiveness.
• Manage multiple tasks and priorities in line with team objectives.

必須条件経験・スキル：

• IT監査、ITリスク管理などの関連実務経験4年以上
• 監査フレームワーク・手法・関連ツールに関する専門知識

• ITやテクノロジーに関する複雑な情報を、経営陣や他の監査チームの同僚にわかりやすく伝えられること
• 優先順位を明確にし、複数タスクを効果的に管理できること

• 日本語：会話レベル以上
• 英語：上級ビジネスレベル

• CISAなどのIT監査関連資格
• 金融業界での内部監査経験

• Minimum of 4 years' experience in IT audit or technology risk management.

• Solid expertise in audit frameworks, techniques, and related tools.

• Ability to communicate technical complexities effectively to senior management and colleagues across audit functions.

• English: Fluent (essential for internal and global communication).

• Japanese: Conversational level.

• Relevant certifications such as CISA or equivalent.
