- Facilitate PI Planning events, Scrum of Scrums, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt workshops.
- Act as a servant leader and coach for the Agile Release Train (ART).
- Collaborate with Product Management, Solution Architects, and Business Owners to ensure alignment on vision, roadmap, and priorities.
- Monitor and track program execution, ensuring timely delivery of value.
- Identify and resolve program-level impediments, risks, and dependencies.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination across teams and stakeholders in both Japanese and English.
- Support Lean-Agile transformation and drive adoption of SAFe practices.

Required Skills
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Agile project delivery, including roles as Project Manager and Scrum Master.
- Proven experience as a Release Train Engineer or Agile Program Manager in a SAFe environment.
- SAFe RTE certification or equivalent Agile certifications (e.g., SAFe SPC, SAFe Agilist).
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
- Excellent bilingual communication skills in Japanese and English (verbal and written).
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a multicultural environment.
- Strong facilitation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Rally, Azure DevOps).
