• 商業契約の交渉・起草・レビュー（日本語・英語）
• 社内規程、トレーニング、スクリーニングを含むコンプライアンス体制の管理
• 株主総会・取締役会資料の作成および登記関連サポート
• ストックオプション登録（人事部門と連携）
• 政府許認可申請業務のサポート
• 外部弁護士・法務専門家との調整や連携

As a Legal Officer, you will support legal operations across contracts, compliance, and corporate governance while collaborating with international stakeholders. This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the forefront of deep-tech innovation and contribute to groundbreaking space projects.

• Negotiate, draft, and review commercial agreements in both Japanese and English.
• Manage compliance frameworks, including internal rules, training programs, and regulatory screenings.
• Prepare shareholder and board meeting documents and support company registrations.
• Assist with stock option registration in cooperation with HR teams.
• Support applications for government permits and approvals related to space operations.
• Coordinate with external counsel and legal specialists on complex matters.

必須条件 経験・資格：

• 日本国内の法学部またはロースクールを卒業している方、または司法試験の受験経験がある方
• 企業の法務部（インハウス法務）における実務経験5年以上
• 日本語及び英語で契約起草・交渉ができること
• 日本法に基づく株主総会および取締役会の運営サポート経験

• 自発的かつ主体的に業務に取り組める方（プロアクティブ）
• いつでも状況を冷静に見極め、柔軟に対応できる方
• 変化の速い環境において、優先順位を見極めながら的確に行動できる方

• 日本語：ネイティブレベル
• 英語：ビジネスレベル以上（海外とやりとりができるレベル）

• 航空宇宙業界での法務経験

• Graduation from a Japanese university law faculty or law school, or completion of the Japanese bar exam.

• 5+ years of corporate legal experience within a company environment.

• Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills in Japanese and English.

• Experience supporting shareholder and board of directors' meetings under Japanese law.

• Business-level English proficiency and cross-border communication skills.

• Strong global communication ability and cultural adaptability.

• Proactive mindset with maturity and flexibility.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Japanese: Fluent (essential for legal documentation and regulatory matters).
• English: Intermediate to Business level (required for cross-border communication).

• Experience in the space or aerospace industry.
• Advanced English contract drafting skills.
