職務内容
- 月次・年次決算業務（日本基準・IFRS）、予算策定・実績管理
- 売掛金管理、資金繰り、監査対応、税務申告サポート
- 給与・社保手続き、採用サポート、労務管理
- 契約書管理、法務対応、BCP策定などの総務・法務業務
- 本社向けレポート作成（英語）、ERP（弥生）でのデータ管理
条件・待遇
- 想定年収：800〜1000万円（ご経験・スキルに応じて決定）
- 在宅勤務週1〜2回で柔軟な働き方が可能
- 残業ほぼなし、ワークライフバランス良好
