職務内容
- ベンダーマネジメントを担当するチームメンバーの統括
- コールセンターにおけるKPI管理およびパフォーマンスの最適化
- 顧客満足度（NPS・CSATなど）の向上と維持
- 新規ビジネスモデルに対応した業務プロセスの設計・構築
