Job Description
VTuber事務所を運営する企業の営業企画部のライセンス管理システム導入担当として
ご勤務いただきます。
【業務内容】
・契約書とセールスレポートを集めて、入力方法をシステムのベンダーへ
日本語または英語で問い合わせを行う。
また、ワークフローの叩きを修正しながら、ワークフローを調整し、入力業務を行う。
・社内会議（ライセンス管理システムに関わる、商品発売管理会議を複数部門で行う
日本語の会議）のサポート。
サポート内容は、会議の議事メモをとる・会議の調整（タイムマネジメント）・
出席者の会議招待や会議に関わる諸連絡 など。
従事すべき業務の変更の範囲：その他会社が指定する業務への変更あり

・VTuberやエンターテインメント業界での職務経験
・請求書や受発注業務の経験
・My Media Boxなどのライセンス契約やロイヤリティ管理等のソフトウェアの使用経験
