米国不動産（一軒家・アパート）の売買・管理・マーケット調査
日本法人経営者向け物件の調査・提案
賃貸管理業務（リーシング、契約、家賃管理、入退去対応）
建物管理業務（清掃、設備点検、修繕計画、工事管理）
工事業者との英語でのやり取り
各種契約書の確認・管理
応募資格
米国での就労可能なビザ保持者
不動産・建築・建設業界の経験者歓迎
Excel関数・VBAなどの基本操作が可能な方歓迎
勤務地 テキサス州プレイノ（オンサイト勤務）
給与 USD80,000-120,000
