このポジションでは、レバレッジドインデックスファンドやラテンアメリカ関連ファンドの運用・トレーディング業務を中心に、ポートフォリオ管理、ファンド分析、クライアント対応、業界リサーチなど幅広い業務を担当します。日本語・英語のバイリンガルスキルが求められ、日米間のクロスボーダー業務にも携わります。
職務内容
主な業務（全体の70％：トレーディング50％／ポートフォリオ管理20％）
ポートフォリオマネージャー／トレーダーの指示のもと、ポートフォリオ管理・トレーディング業務の支援
ラテンアメリカ関連ファンド、レバレッジドインデックスファンド等の運用業務（キャッシュフロー分析、投資判断、モデルポートフォリオ更新）
トレーダーのバックアップとして、各種ファンドのトレード実行
ラテンアメリカのアドバイザーと連携し、投資哲学の理解
モデルポートフォリオのモニタリングとパフォーマンス分析
クライアントへのファンドパフォーマンスおよびアドバイザー活動の報告
月次・半期報告書の作成・送付
その他業務（30％）
既存サブアドバイザリーファンドのデューデリジェンス支援
新商品のアイデア分析および提案（AUM拡大に貢献する場合）
米国資産運用業界および投資商品のリサーチ・アップデート提供
関連する米国企業との連携および情報提供
日々のトレード確認業務
その他、社長からの指示業務
応募資格
金融業界でのトレーディングまたはオペレーション経験
VBAやExcelを含むMS Officeに精通
日本語・英語ともにビジネスレベル以上
自発的に行動でき、責任感のある方

勤務地 Manhattan, NYC ハイブリッド出社（入社後2-3か月間は毎日出社の可能性があります）
