職務概要ロンドンオフィスにて、プロジェクトファイナンス業務を担うアソシエイトを募集しています。主にインフラ分野における案件のオリジネーション、ストラクチャリング、実行に関わる重要なポジションです。
主な業務内容プロジェクトファイナンス案件のオリジネーションからクロージングまでの実行支援
プロジェクトファイナンスおよびその他のスペシャライズドファイナンスに関する財務モデリング、リスク分析、デューデリジェンス
投資メモ、クレジット申請書、社内プレゼン資料の作成補助
社内関係者、外部アドバイザー、クライアントとの連携による案件推進
インフラ・エネルギー分野に関連する市場動向や規制のモニタリング
ポートフォリオ管理および案件実行後のモニタリング業務への貢献
プロジェクトファイナンス、コーポレートファイナンス、ストラクチャードファイナンス、その他スペシャライズドファイナンス、またはM&Aのフロント業務経験（2〜7年程度）
高度な分析力と財務モデリングスキル
優れたコミュニケーション能力とプレゼンテーションスキル
自律的に業務を遂行できる能力と、チームで協働できる姿勢
速いペースの環境でも柔軟に対応できる方
インフラおよびその他スペシャライズドファイナンス分野の重要案件に携われる機会
キャリア開発の支援あり
