Job Responsibilities（業務内容）
- パフォーマンス評価制度の設計および導入をサポート。
- 月次給与計算を担当し、現地法令への準拠を確保。
- 駐在員の就労ビザ申請、更新、キャンセルを管理。
- オンボーディングプログラムおよび社内研修の調整。
- 社員エンゲージメント活動やウェルネスプログラムの企画・運営。

ビジネスレベル以上の英語力（社内・社外とのコミュニケーションをとる必要があるため）
ビジネスレベル以上の日本語（社内・社外とのコミュニケーションをとる必要があるため）

給与：S$4,000-4,700/month程度（ご経験に応じて変動します）
勤務形態：ハイブリッド（週に３回の在宅勤務）
