They’re looking for a Division Leader to oversee the full lifecycle of application development projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and providing strong support for global and regional systems.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead rollouts and manage change; coordinate with support teams during releases.
Oversee planning, development, and support; drive digital transformation and adoption of solutions.
Ensure governance compliance; conduct training and monitor performance.
Champion the implementation and adoption of digital solutions.
Oversee vendor relationships, contracts, and service levels for third-party application services.
Ensure application quality through testing, code reviews, and performance checks.
Identify and manage risks including security, data protection, and compliance.
Track KPIs to drive continuous improvement across operations.
Maintain clear communication with stakeholders to align requirements and progress.
Ensure regulatory compliance and data security standards are met.
Monitor emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation.
Support smooth transitions during application changes through structured change management.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or Business and holds relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CSM, CISSP, ITIL).
Strong foundation in IT and software development, including lifecycle management, methodologies, and tools.
Minimally 5 years in a leadership role with proven leadership in managing complex IT projects, digital transformation, and change management.
Skilled in project management, quality assurance, and business analysis to align tech initiatives with organizational goals.
Experienced in vendor management, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance.
Effective communicator and problem solver with a track record of building high-performing teams.
Familiar with cloud-native architectures, CI/CD, DevSecOps, and low-code/no-code platforms.
Demonstrates business acumen and strategic thinking in aligning technology with financial and operational objectives.
Passionate about education and committed to enhancing learning outcomes through technology.
