事業拡大にともない、フレイトフォワーディング事業のカスタマーサービス職を募集。 以下の業務を担当していただきます。
・顧客対応・問い合わせ対応
・貨物のトラッキングとモニタリング
・輸送書類の確認・サポート
・社内外との調整業務
・保険・リスク対応
・データ入力・管理
・その他
-定期的なレポート作成・本社への報告
-場合によってはクライアント訪問有
必須スキル：
■物流業界経験ないし商社などでの貿易実務経験
■英語力ビジネス会話レベル以上
■3年以上就業可能な方
歓迎スキル：
■インド就業経験者、もしくは海外就業経験者
■同業界、同職種のご経験
勤務：月～金曜日 ＋隔週土曜日
